I go by the name of JustLa, but you can just call me La for short. I am a Musical Artist & Songwriter from Louisville, KY.

Growing up as a kid, I've always had this undying passion for music! Music has always been a great escape for me-each song was like entering a new world I was eager to experience!

 

Man, I can remember being obsessed with the idea of writing my own lyrics to my favorite songs. My goal was to come up with verses just as good as the Artists featured. Then I would perform them aloud to myself until I matched my flow perfectly to the beat!

My dream has always been to make music that people feel connected to and inspired by. Tbh, I can be a very introverted person, but deep down I've always wanted to find a way to connect with people on a deeper level.

My sound can be described as a mix between Rap, R&B, and Popular music. Ultimately, I like to make music that can appeal to people from various backgrounds. My hope is to build a successful career off creating music that is real, heals, feels, and inspires!
